How old do I need to be to rent a car?

You must be at least 21 for economy and mid class cars, and at least 25 for premium and VIP vehicles.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can request cancellation from the booking search page using your code, or by calling customer service. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.

Can I collect the car at airport?

Yes. Simply select airport as the pick-up location during booking. No extra fee is charged for terminal delivery.

How much is the deposit and when is it refunded?

The deposit varies by vehicle group and is taken as a pre-authorisation on your credit card. It is released once the car is returned undamaged.

Is there a daily mileage limit?

Yes, a 300 km daily limit applies. Additional charges are made per kilometre above the limit.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
