Driver Requirements

To rent a car the driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving licence for at least 1 year. For premium and VIP groups the requirement is 25 years and 2 years of licence.

Required Documents

• Valid driving licence
• ID card or passport
• Credit card issued in the driver's name

Deposit

A deposit determined by the vehicle group is blocked on the credit card as pre-authorisation and released when the car is returned undamaged.

Fuel Policy

Cars are delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. Missing fuel is charged together with a service fee.

Mileage Limit

The daily mileage limit is 300 km. Additional charges apply per kilometre above the limit.

Pick-up and Drop-off Points

No extra delivery fee is charged at our Türkiye city centre and airport locations.

Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
